Supported 8 partner (rural) municipalities of Renewable Energy for Rural Areas (RERA) program to prepare 5-years Municipal Energy Plan (MEP) which assessed the energy use scenario in households, institution and enterprise sector, identified opportunities to increase energy access, improve energy efficiency and reduce GHG, and identified resources and defined time frame to achieve energy goals.
