With financial support of Engineers Without Boarders-Germany and in collaboration with Satungal Mahila Sarokar Samaj, MinErgy concluded “Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Training on Reusable Sanitary Pad coupled with Agency-based Empowerment”. Under a project on “Managing Menstrual Hygiene and Creating Livelihood Options at Local Level in response to Covid-19 impact”, MinErgy facilitated the market linkage for the guaranteed home-based employment alongside the training for women of Chandragiri Municipality. Women gained their self-confidence to increase their income through home-based employment while contributing to reduce non-degradable waste in Chandragiri Municipality.
