In order to improve the supply of menstrual products as well as to create employment opportunities for women, MinErgy, with support from EWBG, held two workshops in November 2020 in which women from Siddhipur and Satungal, two places in the Kathmandu valley, learned to make menstrual pads as well as their own Establish companies. They also learned how to find potential buyers.
